Crownpoint North, Junction 24 M60, Denton

Immediately north of the M67 and west of Ashton Road, on the edge of Denton town centre, this area is now being regenerated by REEB estates for non-food retailing. It benefits from a location adjacent to the M67 and the A6017, and has additional pedestrian links to Denton Town Centre. A complementary programme of improvements to the town centre and its linkages to the site are proposed as part of the planning agreements.
